Senior Paralegal
Susan Byrum is a Senior Paralegal at Brighter Day Law in the Tennessee office where she provides support in family law and estate law. She was born in Colorado but raised in Middle Tennessee from the age of five. She graduated from Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, TN with a degree in Paralegal Studies (Magna Cum Laude) and has over 23 years of experience as a paralegal in Tennessee in both state and federal practicing firms in multiple areas of law.
Susan herself has gone through divorce and is also a child of divorce. She understands the difficult impact on everyone involved in a divorce/custody process and draws on her personal experience to assist her clients with compassion, kindness and humility.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Depending on the season, she can frequently be found organizing and participating in motorcycle charity rides or just hanging out and riding with her biker buddies or cheering on her favorite college or professional football team.
